Magic Carpet Auto Transport shipped my 1976 Chevy Malibu from Los Angeles to the Bronx, and my experience with them was superb. From the beginning, Jeff (who I dealt with almost exclusively) was professional and friendly. He walked me through all of the steps for transporting the vehicle, making the process very clear and easy. He called to check in on the pickup and make sure it was om time, and he notified me upon dropoff.

The drivers who picked loaded the car onto the truck were also friendly and efficient. The whole experience was one of those where the employees you're interacting with just make you feel good about the whole process.

The buyer on the other end of my car's trip paid for the transportation fee, so I can't speak for him in terms of value. But I can say that over the last few months I also independently looked up pricing for the transportation of my land yacht, and was consistently quoted a higher amount (for a shorter distance) from other companies than what Magic Carpet was able to offer.

Overall my experience with Magic Carpet was great - the process was hassle-free, professional, and convenient. If I ever find myself in need of auto transport again, I will definitely make MC my first call.
