When I first received the phone call I was like this guy sounds like a con artist (lol) but he was far from that. He was straightforward and honest and supplied me with contact information the day a driver was assigned to pick up my vehicle. I had originally spoken with another broker the week before who was charging me $650. My car was ready for pick up and after not hearing from him for four days I went online and started searching myself. Will Rios contacted me on Monday and promised me that my car would be picked up Tuesday while everyone else who was calling me could not guarantee me anything until Thursday. My car was picked up early Tuesday from Florida and it arrived in Texas on Valentine's Day before 12 noon. Thanks a bunch Will Rios and Q Auto Transport
