I requested a quote and spoke to someone named Rick Taylor for the initial quote. I was quoted a price and even given a discount because the vehicle being transported was for my son who is in the Military. Once they received my $195.00 broker fee I could never get a return phone call from Rick Taylor. Come to find out best I can understand from all the things I have been told, the dispatch company and the broker are one in the same. I am now being told that there is a carrier in Tucson that can bring my car to me for an additional $775.00. When I asked about my broker fee I had paid I was told that without paying the broker fee I would have not had anyway of getting the Carrier from Tuscon's phone number and contact information. Five (5) weeks later I am without my vehicle and currently $195.00 lighter in the wallet. VERY DISAPPOINTED and unfortunate that someone would take advantage of individuals who serve their country. They are also from New York I find out after being told initially they were located in Tucson.
