This carrier had excellent safety rating and levels of insurance they carry. The carrier schedules the loading and delivery time frames with each contact. Weather has a lot to do timing. There has been huge snow storm sweeping the country and the carrier did what they could to speed up the delivery time because they had been delayed for the loading due to weather.
