Don't USE THESE GUYS! No CUSTOMER SERVICE, No returned DEPOSIT!

I contacted these guys ( Nationwide Transport and Mark Craven) after waiting over 10 days for Goodfellas Transport to pick up my car in a' Pennsylvania to California' haul. After about 5 days I recieved an email, not a call, that they had to assign a 'new carrier' and they would pick up in 3-4 more days and deliver in 7-9 days. I got on the phone and located All American Transport and they picked up my car that very same day (had a truck in the area) and delivered it in 4 days (Having 2 drivers). I called and emailed Mark to advise him that I had booked another company over 10 days ago. I have now called 3 times and he has still not refunded my DEPOSIT! He told me that he has sent 2 emails to the department that issues these and this is NOT something he controls.

Up date- They will not return my deposit. I have had to file a Fraud Claim with my Bank!

I left you a message. I apologize for the delay in getting the refund back to you.. Mark Did submit this back on Feb 7th so he did do his part to ensure you got your refund. We are not in business to take money from people and not provide a service. So I sincerely apologize this went the way that it did and I would hope that you consider using us in the future should you have any other shipping services needed.

Customer was refunded within 7 days of requesting a refund. Companies normally ask for 7-10 days to see your refund.
