I was completely satisfied with the entire move with United Auto Transport. When it comes to picking a company, "who knows what you'll get". It's a gamble as some only leave bad reviews. Maybe the happy ones get their car and run. I have a unique situation where it doesn't matter if the car is picked up or delivered late. My main concern is that it is transported good and safe.
After I confirmed the contract with United, they picked up the FJ Cruiser on the 10th day. That was fine as there were bad storms "Snow and Ice" for a week in Connecticut. I called on the 3rd day, which was Friday, just to check and the driver got down to Orlando Florida and got hung up or wasn't able to connect on his delivery. Nadia gave me the info that he would deliver on Saturday, but I found out the driver/truck was still in Orlando so it didn't arrive on Saturday. What impressed me was Nadia called me Sunday Morning and Her and her Husband personally went over and picked up my FJ Cruiser, and delivered it to me at 1 pm. That was unexpected. It arrived in great shape.
I will use them again when needed.
