Great Broker, shippers were somewhat difficult

My broker was great right off the bat. Reasonable price, very detailed explanations, easy to get a hold of and quick to return communication. The actual shipping company that picked the vehicle up delivered it sooner than expected, with no damage, and could definitely maneuver a truck/trailer.

However, communication with the shipping company was a difficult. They picked the vehicle up 1.5 days later than agreed on. The contact number for the company had a full mailbox, so I couldn't leave a message, and it was quite difficult to get someone to answer the phone. And the drivers, when contacted, spoke very broken English. I asked them to call when they were an hour away from delivery or longer (so I could make sure I was around), and they called only when they arrived outside and were dropping the car.

Overall it was a good experience, for a good price. the vehicle arrived safe, which was paramount, and the cost was cheaper than most quotes. Just be prepared to be flexible.
