This was the first time I had to transport a vehicle using a carrier service and I was very anxious about the entire process. After speaking to many people and doing extensive on-line research I decided to reach out to Fletcher based on the reviews I read on this website. After submitting a request for a quote I was contacted by Fletcher by phone immediately. Flectcher walked me thru the enitre process and answered all of my questions honestly. After speaking with him, I felt he would do an excellent job and he did!!!! The pick up of my vehicle was prompt and the carrier he found for me was excellent as well. Fletcher remained in contact with me thru the entire process and my 2011 Jetta arrived safely, in perfect condtion and on time and as promised. I would without hesitation recommend Fletcher and 1 All Aboard Auto Transport! Outstanding service all around!!!!!!!
