I am very happy that I picked Domestic Auto for shipping of my car. This is my first time transporting car so was very nervous about picking up right transport. After lot of reading through I ended up with Domestic Auto. Overall experience from the time I contacted them for quote to the time I finalized the quote, Kimberly was very cooperative, friendly and patient in guiding me through the process.

I was leaving town on 31st Jan and wanted to load the car onto transport before I leave town. However initial estimate from the truck company was to pick up car on 1st Feb. Thanks to Kimberly and Bruce from the truck company adjusted and went out of the way to pick up. Kimberly and the trucking company that was chosen for shipping adjusted their schedule to pick up the car on 31st.

Since I had a short window for pickup it was difficult to find the truck company for the price originally quoted 850. We have to re-negotiate the price to 950 since the window was not negotiable. Again Kimberly very professional during this process.

Kimberly and Bruce (Truck Driver), both were available during the transfer and kept me informed about the progress. Car was delivered to me on time as promised (though driver was stuck due to snow storm for 14 hours in between). Overall I am very happy with the service provided and I know where should I go for next shipment.
