My experience was pleasant and pretty easy. The car was picked up on time and delivered earlier then I expected. The person I talk to who set me up with everything was a great help, checking up on the progress on the vehicle and updating me accurately and quickly. I never felt like my time was being wasted nor thinking "speed this up". Overall it went well.
