I received a quote from Amerifreight in January from Racheal. She left the company and Jorge stepped right in to help me transport my vehicle from Oklahoma to Florida. Jorge called me originally to make sure I planned to have my vehicle shipped in February. Jorge explained to me the protocol to ship my vehicle and immediately provided me a Order Receipt via email the same day. The first available date for my vehicle to ship was 2/3/2014 and jorge called me 2/4/2014 with carrier information to transport my vehicle. Jorge was professional and very helpful in guiding me through the process from start to finish. Jorge called the carrier Cautious and Steady Transport to get specific pick up and deliverytimes of my vehicle. Jorge communicated with throughout the entire delivery process. The carrier kept open communication with me and my family member thoughout the delivery process. I apprecieate that my vehicle made it safe and sound to Florida. Thank you AmeriFreight/ Jorge.
