I've never shipped a car cross country and was VERY leery about the entire process since I read some horror stories online. I contacted AmeriFreight because of the positive reviews they received online and they didn't disappoint. Graham Turner was GREAT! As soon as I spoke to him, he explained the process and answered all my questions. He didn't have anything negative to say about other brokers/carriers (like other companies I spoke to). All the documents and fees were in order - no hidden costs or stipulations. By the time the car shipped, I was more than comfortable working with Graham! He contacted me a few days after the car shipped to let me know that I could call him if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciated the follow-up even though I knew it was the carrier's responsibility to ensure the car was shipped safely and in a timely manner. I was also pleasantly surprised with the customer service provided by the carrier, Safeway Transport Inc. They contacted the sender/receiver and picked up/delivered the vehicle as scheduled (in perfect condition). I would highly recommend AmeriFreight to anyone!
