Our total shipping charge was $1000. They were supposed to charge $100 deposit to my credit card then we were to pay the $900 balance to the driver upon delivery. They charged me the $100, then the very next day charged me the $900. If that wasn't bad enough, the very next day they charged me an ADDITIONAL $1000. So I was out $2000 before we even had our vehicle delivered and the driver was still expecting his $900 upon delivery. After many many phone calls out we finally got a hold of John who said he'd take care of it. Never did. Then got a hold of Brad who said they would just keep the $900 and pay the driver direct and then they would just credit the $1000 back. They put the money in the drivers account long enough for him to relinquish our truck to us only to call us the very next day to say their check to him bounced! So they are stealing from their drivers and their customers! It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company but two weeks later after disputing this with my credit card company, I finally got a hold of John. He swore up and down this had been credited back to my card when American Express said that is absolutely not true. Thank God I put this on my American Express who is disputing this for me no problem. This company already has a negative comment on the BBB for a billing issue and they've not been open very long at all. SO many other people are posting reviews very similar to our story. How are they getting away with stealing from people like this??! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ASAP. Please beware of this company and check your statements often!
