We had an average, yet relatively smooth experience with E-Ship. The whole process of choosing a carrier is daunting and tedious, but once I started talking with Craig, everything was much easier to get started. E-Ship was a little more expensive than other carriers that I researched, but I did find that they got a driver to pick up my vehicle/guarantee its delivery much quicker than the cheaper brokers.

The pick-up was late due to weather, which was semi-problematic once I was in California and had to have a rental for longer than expected... however, there wasn't much E-Ship could do about snow. Absolutely no damage to my vehicle or to the items that I had inside of it. It was very dirty when I received it, but that's to be expected when it's being hauled across the country.

Though I hope to not be shipping any vehicles anytime soon, I would most likely choose E-Ship again for my business. Satisfactory experience.
