Breach of Contract

In December we entered into a contract to have two green mustangs transported from Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Lubbock, Texas. We were told they made this trip a couple of times a month.
THe horses were in Nevada and the Department of Wildlife moved them to Pauls Valley in January. We attempted to contact Chardean but only got a voice message. We left a message that the horses were in Pauls Valley and would she contact us to make arragements to pick them up. We had paid a deposit in December. After numerous attempts to contact her, she finally called and told us the reason she had not returned any of our calls was because her husband had surgery. She also informed us that they had no runs planned in this area and she was going to have her daughter in Colorado contact us. She said their business was integrated with theirs. I talke to Andrea Harvey and gave her all of the information. Ten days later Andrea calls and asked for the contact information in Pauls Valley. Three weeks have passed and all we get is a voice mail and no contact to determine when our horses would be picked up. Yesterday I attempted to contact Chardean and again a voice mail but no return call. This morning I called again and same story. This time I dinot leave another message because it was apparent they were not going to answer them anyway.Our horses are still in Oklahoma. She has a contract she has failed to fulfill and has our money. I am sure she will come up with some excuse. We are meeting with our attorney today and we will see what excuse the court might accept.
