Our company values every customer's feedback. We appreciate any and all constructive criticism. With that said, this review is not accurate. The customer did not pay anything over their original quoted price of $740.00. Drivers were requesting more funds for this load due to its difficult delivery location but it was Stateway that covered the difference. In fact, our company paid out of pocket just to get this order on truck. We did this because we care about our customers. We firmly believe that it is our duty to make sure that every vehicle ships at the most affordable rate based on the current market.
