I was shipping during two difficult periods, the holidays and the middle of winter in the Pacific North West. Marc went above and beyond to find a carrier that met my needs. When many carriers were not even transporting on this route, Marc didn't give up until he found an enclosed carrier with a great reputation. Once confirmed, the car was picked up the next day and I received updates from the driver every couple of days. The car was even delivered a day earlier than originally expected to accommodate my availability. I would use Marc again and recommend him highly.
