After filling out the form for Stateway to pick up my truck, I paid the deposit, I immediately got an email stating they would contact me in the morning. I received an email with the carrier information.

The gentleman showed up Friday morning, at the time he said. He checked the truck for previous damage. Filled out the form. Put the truck on the hauler, tied it down. This was so easy, I couldn't believe it. He was courteous, friendly, and didn't ask for anything.

My Ranger was scheduled to arrive in Phoenix on Sunday, but thankfully it arrived on Saturday as my son had been without it for a month.. there was no damage to it from the trip as my son confirmed when it arrived.
