Shoulda called heartland from day 1!

After 3 weeks of sitting on central dispatch with Mercury, I finally got my car moved by Jason at Heartland. Jason sent me an email that said he had a driver available for my route and could pick me up within 72 hours. I called him and he explained how all this shipping a car thing actually works. The trick is figuring who is the ONE company that won't steal your money and never answered the phone for weeks!!!

Jason let me know what I had to do to get my car moved and I did exactly what he said. The next day my car was on a truck and finally on the way to me. I can't believe I didn't call heartland from the beginning. I would've saved 3 weeks AND actually woulda got my car. Thanks Jason!
