I recently had my father in laws car shipped from IN to CA with Magic Carpet. The shipment took a total of 4 days. There was a slight problem with the actual charges being charged. The delivery man gave us a completely different amount to pay at the time of delivery. Doug, the rep I made the deal with immediately returned my phone call. It appeared there was a miscommunication problem. We did in fact, had to pay the delivery man the difference that he was asking for, which was $400 more BUT, however Magic Carpet refunded the deposit the next day. There was also another $150 owed to us which I am happy to say that my rep, Doug reimbursed with his own money. He made out a check in my name and mailed it to my house. There is in fact GOOD people out there. This company along with the rep I dealt with has nothing but my utmost respect. Even though I flipped out and started yelling at Doug, he controlled the entire situation. I was reminded several times that I would be taken care of and that no one was scamming me. He did everything he could to make things better....which was accomplished! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has the need to ship their auto elsewhere. If you like myself, have never shipped your car with a shipping company, THIS is the company for you. I recommend that your conversation be recorded or that anything which is discussed be e-mailed to you for verification. Also, once the person/company who is transporting your car calls you to confirm delivery ,time & date, make sure you go over the delivery charges once again with that person. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you Doug for your generosity! You are an asset to your employer!!

Also, thank you for confirming we are an honest company.... i never want to be a part of a shady deal and will do a lot to try to maintain my company integrity and honesty....
