After getting hammered with phone calls on my initial inquiry I had 3 companies I liked from those calls. I gave Phil a shot b/c I liked how upfront/transparent he was on how they did business. Everything fell in place on the schedule that was projected and Phil was available every step of the way. I would recommend Horizon to anyone that is on the fence about who to use.
