Mr. Doug Whatford was great, but the transport companies from Virginia to California were awful. Do It Global Auto Transport failed to pick up the vehicle on the 3rd of January and did not pick up until the 14th. I had to call several times, which by then was a hassle and I began to have doubts about the delivery. They never could tell me when the car would be delivered or where the car was. And as they said they would, they never notified me 24 hours prior to delivery. Never had a experience like this until now, so I will be extra worried about company ratings, etc. For what it was worth, Mr. Whatford had excellent communication skills and helped to make this process better off.

Don't work with Do It Global Auto Transport. Awful customer service. Dishonest. The Virginia side, same assessment, plus they were not in the least professional.

Douglas Whatford 360-853-2825 +++++++++++ Jonathan , i am sorry that the cerrier was less than standard. we screened this guy and everything on our side said they were doing a great job.... i will screen harder as a result of this.... My customers are my most important people.... Thank you for the great review for my work however... i try rwal hard for all my customers....
