While I was inquiring about shipping my vehicle, I could get in touch with Bernie Torres without an issue. I would leave a message and he would call back within minutes. When I paid and scheduled my car for shipment, that is when the answering of phone calls and returning calls stopped. I dropped my car off on January 9th with an eta of Jan 21. On Jan 20th, my car was still sitting in the same location with "hopefully" being assigned by the end of the week. Let me rewind, while trying to get status, I was continually transferred to various numbers, placed on hold and not helped. I requested to speak to supervisors to no avail. I even asked for the corporate office phone number, of course I didn't get it. When I finally got in touch with someone I was told to call back and there would be additional information. When I called back, that is when I got the new ETA OF Jan 29th. NOT!!!! I immediately cancelled this order and the representative was not remorseful in the least. She actually sounded happy to cancel my order and she didn't provide ANY type of apology. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy if they were free!!!!
