AmeriFreight Delivers! On time and with exceptional customer service. When we were looking at options to transport our daughter's car from Dallas to Florida we found a lot of companies advertising their service on the internet, but choose to go with AmeriFreight based on their "A" rating with the BBB and we are glad we did. We filed out the paperwork for a quote and heard back almost immediately. The AmeriFreight quote seemed fair considering the distance so we contacted Jessica who patiently explained the process, answering all of my questions regarding the transport. I was told that our "job" would be put out on a message board for driver's to bid on. Once all the paperwork was completed we received an offer from a carrier the very same day. Jessica explained that we could accept this first offer or choose to wait for a better bid. Since the bid was within $50 of our quote and the driver said they could get the car to Florida on the day that we needed it to be there we accepted the bid. The driver and his dispatcher stayed in touch by phone, keeping us informed of their estimated arrival for pick up and for delivery. They arrived on schedule and the driver did a thorough inspection of our car making detailed notes to document any prior damage to the car. They were courteous and professional and we would be happy to recommend this service to anyone.
