Amerifreight was able to find a carrier to pick my car up in a difficult to reach location. My contact person was Jessica. They gave me clear phone and email instruction and contact information for the carriers and what I should expect. Additionally, the carrier they selected transported my car in good condition. Furthermore, Amerifreight had good customer service and they seemed competent. I was originally looking at several different contacts or carriers but I was concerned about them. Amerifreighit did a good job of alleviating my concerns. Additionally, they were able to easily explain to me the insurance of my car during transport, what I should expect from their carriers, how long it would likely take for my car to reach its location, and they were available for extra questions and follow-up, as needed. I would likely use Amerifreight again due to the good service they provided, as long as another service or carrier did not offer a car transport at a much lower cost. We had a very similar car transported from Oregon to Missouri through a different service and it cost about 90% more to transport and it took several weeks longer, I am not sure if this was because the car was transported in the summer (vs winter), or if the other service was just overpriced. I would say that due to the good communication levels from their staff, the expediency and safety of my car transport, and from the reasonable price, that I would recommend Amerifreight to anyone that needed to transport their car across the country, as long as you had someone flexible to pickup the car within a window of time on each end of the transport (likely why the price was so good). Lastly, I had a lot of electronics that were in the backseat of my car and trunk and Amerifreight selected an honest carrier, as all of my items were received.
