Not worth the trouble

From the day I paid them, it took 19 days to deliver my vehicle. When they finally picked it up, it still took over a week to drive it from CA to TX. I asked the driver and he admitted that they had to make a number of stops/transitions along the way. They initially promised a Monday delivery. Called later and said Tuesday. No car yet, so I had to call them Tue evening - was told now Wednesday. Finally got a call Wed evening from driver saying he'd make delivery Thursday.

All in all, not worth the hassles and delays. If I had known up front how this would play out, I would have simply saved $200-300 and gone with a shipped that told me it would take nearly three weeks.

ALSO NOTE, the bulk of the 5-star reviews below are all placed on a few concentrated dates over the past three years. Looks very suspicious to me, like they're company shills.

We are sorry that Chuck P had a negative experience with transporting his vehicle. Looking at the order which we received on 1-4 but could not confirm the unit was ready for transport until 1-9. Our carrier was assigned to pick up the unit 1-13 and had an original estimated delivery date of 1-20. The carrier did load the unit on the 13th but was delayed leaving CA and the delivery date was revised for an estimated delivery of 1-21 which Chuck was advised of on 1-14. The carrier had another delay and ended up delivering the unit on 1-23. Chuck had also been advised of this delay. The unit was transported 1458 miles, carriers transport multiple units to make the trip more fuel efficient and profitable with transportation delays do happen from time to time.
