Claudio kept saying over and over that his company are carriers, not brokers. He lied! I have information from a FEW of the companies that he tried to hire to pick up my vehicle. He lied to get my business and I have the proof. I have every single email and voice mail ever communicated since BEFORE I moved and all the voice mails he left on my phone assuring me that they were carriers. Not true! He knew and agreed for 2 weeks prior to the transport date that he could have it picked up on the day and time I needed because again he was a "carrier" and not to trust other companies because they're brokers and they cannot guarantee the pickup like he can. He claimed he had his own drivers and his own trucks so he can just divert them 2 whatever destination he needed them to go. He guaranteed my vehicle will be picked up on Friday the 17th of Jan. I trusted him and agreed to have his company pick up my vehicle. Once he received my deposit, I did not hear from him again. He stopped returning my phone calls and my emails, even though before then he was calling my phone three and four times a day, every day! Now I send him an email or try to get in touch with him on the phone, and I don't hear anything back. My Jeep is still not here, it is still sitting in New Jersey, and he absolutely will not communicate back with me. He's keeping my money for services he did not provide. And now all of a sudden when I call, it goes to his voice mail.. He was dishonest with me about the type of company they are, took my money, did not provide the services and is refusing to return my deposit.

You went with a broker 1st and then called us to transport your friends jeep. They had it posted and that caused an issue with us sending our driver. You wanted us to pick up on the 17th but our driver came across mechanical issues which we all know happens. The driver got there on 18th and according to your girlfriend the jeep was not available. According to the contract we had 10 business days to pick up you jeep but you declined. Because we did in fact send a truck out to your home as agreed and you refused per the agreement we keep the deposit as it is in place to protect our drivers from exactly what you did. In addition to that you were very verbally abusive the the agent that called you and in no way do we expect our employees to endure any sort of harrassment.
