I had shipped my car before but never had any horrible experience with the sales person that I dealt with Brad Taylor. He charged me $299 deposit before he can find me a driver. He called and I was Shocking to find out that the price I suppose to pay $400 upon delivery is now become $750, a freaking $450 more what I had we agree upon. That would make the price going from $699 to $1000. I was horrified so i told him i wanted to cancel my order and want to refund my deposit. He refuse to refund my deposit and He started to yell and freaking hung up the phone on me. I was so upset with how unprofessional he is so I go ahead and order service with another company.
I'm disputing with my credit card. Bottom line is that beware this company specially Brad. Should you decide to go with this company, my advice is that DO NOT DEALING THROUGH BRAD TAYLOR! Make sure keeps all your copy of final receipt (ask for pdf copy), and documents should you have to dispute with them.
