They picked up our car very quickly after we booked shipment with them even though we are off the beaten path, and got it delivered to us 3000 miles away in only three days. If that's not service I don't know what is. They didn't have limitations on how much gas could be in the tank or whether we could have shipped any of our stuff in the car, like some other companies had. The price was reasonable and competitive with other bids we received but the service was a lot faster and they did NOT make you feel like you were talking to a used car salesman. Their communication was good and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. They confirmed why I like to support small family businesses - it was important to them that we were satisfied. I only wish they shipped furniture too...
