Pass Pick-up Date

Vehicle was to be picked up on Wednesday 15Jan14. I called on Tuesday 10Jan14 to ensure that everything was good to go. I had to call your main line because the number I had for Ellie was wrong and I couldn't get a hold of her. I received a call from Ellie to confirm that the pick up date was on Wednesday and was told that they were verifying the carrier to ensure. So on Wednesday I waited until 5pm no one showed or phone call to explain what is going on. I then called Ellie around 5pm CST and was told that my vehicle was to be picked up Thursday 16Jan14 for sure. So I waited all day Thursday 16Jan14 for the vehicle to be picked up and guess what, no one ever called or showed up to pick the vehicle up. So again I called Ellie and she informed me that she is waiting for the driver to call her and she would call me back. No phone call, no pickup yet. I don't know about you, but I hate being lied to about a business transaction. I been calling all morning and no answer at all. I am in the military and need to get to the CA ASAP. Don't use this broker if you are in a hurry and have limited time because it looks like I might have to go with a different carrier and lose my deposit as it is non-refundable. To all military looking to shipping your vehicle don't use this broker unless you have a lot of time. Will updated as situation changes.
I got a hold of Ellie around 2pm CST on Friday, 17Jan14 and the first thing she said was that she didn't appreciated the review, but I told her that everything in this post are facts and my experience with this company so far. She then informed me that she would not be shipping my car until I removed this review and she then she hung up on me. My wife then called back and was told that she was uneducated by Ellie and after she realized that me and my wife both did this type of job in the military, she rushed my wife off the phone and not wanting argue about the situation. She continued to inform my wife that she wouldn't be shipping my vehicle until this review was removed from this website.
Have file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and the company stated that I made all this up. I wouldn't take the time to post this information, if it wasn't true. I will continue to pursue this issue with the Better Business Bureau.
