This was my first time shipping a vehicle, and Graham and Amerifreight provided a great experience. I requested a quote online, and after reading many, many online reviews decided I wanted to go with Amerifreight. I then called my assigned agent from the online quote, Graham, and left a voicemail. I didn't hear back within 24 hours, so called the next day, and again left a voicemail. Again, I didn't hear back. On the third day I called Amerifreight and reached a customer service representative who explained that Graham had been having phone difficulties. Luckily, he was in the office that day (a Saturday!) and called me back promptly. (This communiciation difficulty was the ONLY issue I had with Amerifreight the entire time I worked with them, and it seemed reasonable.) Graham booked my order over the phone, and was patient when I didn't have all the details he needed right on hand. He then sent me the confirmation details for the order. When I later went over these, I realized that I had previously entered my pickup date as 1/20, which was the date when I planned to arrive in Boulder, rather than 1/6, the day my car was actually available for pickup in Florida. I panicked and emailed Graham regarding the confusion, but he understood and assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. Within 2 days of the car becoming available for pickup, and within 4 days of me actually booking the order, Graham called me to let me know that a carrier had agreed to take my car to Colorado. I was very impressed by his professionalism; I had hoped to have the car picked up that week, and he absolutely delivered on that request. I received a call from the carrier that evening and arranged to have the car picked up the next morning. The carrier delivered my vehicle to Colorado 5 days later. Although my relationship with Amerifreight almost didn't happen (due to communication difficulties), I was very impressed by this business and will likely use them again. Graham was polite, understanding and an absolute professional. He was patient with me and explained the details of the vehicle shipping process when I asked questions, and responded to my concerns in a prompt and efficient manner. If any of my friends or family need a car shipped, I will reccommend them.
