- Good overall experience with the transportation of the car itself
- Communication was good overall, but a bit lacking at times.
- Carrier at first said that they can't do "at door" pick-up due to lack of access in downtown Chicago (even though this was promised by the broker), and that I have to drive 10 miles myself to deliver the car to them. However, after some back and forth, I was able to convince the driver that our location was indeed accessible and that there would be no problem for the truck.
