When I first started to talk to Rick, it all seemed so good. He was amicable, and happy (?) to help me with the price, and transportation of my BMW. the price was to be $560, and his commission as a broker, which he never told me he was, was $195. the total amount to pay when I got my car was $365.00. there seem not to be any problem,as he convinced me, I had a great quote, better than any other companies. i decided to investigate who they were: to my surprise, they couldn't have worst reviews. i even wrote to a gentleman who had written a review, and his horrible experience with CREST AUTO TRANSPORT. So, i looked for a better Company, and I found UFIRST""" they happened to be friends with my family, and decided to do business with them.
i wrote rick an email, and left message i had changed my mind. oh no!!!! he was not going to hear that!!!!!! he made my life impossible. i had to go to my bank, and by their advice, i canceled my bank account, and opened a new one. they canceled their check, for $195.00. he didn't want to help me with anything. he turned into a horrible, disgusting person. to even say: LOOK WHO IS TALKING, BAD CHECKS IS NOT IN MY VOCABULARY"""???? How dare you, you are scam of the earth. Some how, they picked up my car. i had a friend who helped me do the transaction of giving my car to the UFIRST COMPANY. unfortunately, she, without known, gave my car to CREST!!! I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS VERY NIGHTMARE I HAVE HAD WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. WHEN I REALIZED THE MISTAKE, I CALLED RICK, WHO SCREAMING, AND YELLING, AND CURSING, TOLD ME, NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY $945, FIFTY FOR THE """BAD CHECK"""??? IT WAS NOT A BAD CHECK, IT WAS MY CANCELLATION WITH THEM. SO HE THREATENED, AS THEY DO WITH EVERYONE, TO KEEP MY CAR IN RANSOM , UNTIL I PAY THE MONEY!!!!!! THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK, ONLY CHARGED ME $845, WHICH EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STILL NOT THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN, I HAD TO PAY TO AVOID NOT HAVING MY CAR .
THESE """PEOPLE""' IF THEY ARE, SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS. MY DAUGHTER TRIED TO TALK TO THEM, THEY DO NOT KNOW THE WORD """TALK"""" yelling, cursing, hanging the phone, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ROBBERS!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW THE WORD ETHICS!!!!!!
ALL I KNOW, IS THAT WHEN YOU DO WRONG, AND SO MANY TIMES, YOU WILL PAY, WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND"""" I HOPE THEY DO PAY FOR THEIR DISGUSTING WAYS IN DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE, LIKE US, WHO ARE TRUSTWORTHY,A ND HONEST.
