Cross country delivery through rain, sleet & snow!

This was the third time I have used an auto transport company to deliver unique, valuable cars to my residence. The first two were transatlantic deliveries and the delivery being reviewed was from Richmond, Virginia to Tucson, Arizona.
I contracted with Alpine Transport Inc. to deliver a classic 1975 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser cross country in what can be best described as very challenging weather conditions. The pickup was scheduled mid-December 2013 just as the nation was receiving a nasty storm of rain, ice storms, sleet, snow and wind.
I cannot say enough about the excellent communications from both Dave at the transport company and Jeff the driver.
Between them I received almost daily updates on the progress of the delivery process. Even when the driver was delayed in Ohio because of bad snow conditions, I was contacted several times and given status reports.
My FJ40 was delivered in the same pristine condition it was in when it left VA.
I can say Alpine Transport Inc. is a company that truly knows the meaning of old-fashioned (unfortunately) customer service. They deliver in more ways then one!!
They have earned my future business should I need to transport any cars!!

Michael, I want to thank you and Carol for the very nice review, you guys were great to work with. It's so nice to work with good people and who understand that things like the weather are completely out of our hands. We always try to provide the best communication possible and Jeff is a very good driver who is passionate about his job as you know.
