I had to ship 3 cars to Florida for my boss. I initially planned to use another car transport company (if I'm allowed to say it, this company was United Auto Transport)- they assured me the cars would be picked up on Thursday 12/12. That day came and went and then they said they would have someone there Monday 12/16. That day came and went. They gave me every excuse in the book. Frustrated and jaded, I tried Q Auto Transport to see if they could help and be more reliable. I was THRILLED at Mary's customer service. SHE called ME back to tell me she was working on my order (I'd left countless unreturned messages with the initial car company), she was honest and gave me accurate information from the get- go. I contacted Mary on Monday 12/16- she had a truck to pick up my cars on 12/18 and the cars were delivered Friday 12/20. I was ecstatic! I can't believe I would have settled for poor customer service with the original company. Not all car transport companies operate the same way- I learned that the hard way. Q Auto Transport and specifically Mary Navarro are A+ people to work with. I will 100% call her when I need to do this again.
