From the beginning I was crunched for time and Michele knew exactly what to do. She was very upfront about the process and the pricing and actually made the process very simple! My previous experience with shipping was a nightmare but this was by far the easiest process when done properly.
The manager David was very helpful and got all of the info to me promptly and I could not have been happier! Would most certainly use again! A++!
