I had a great experience with Direct Connect Auto. I spoke to a live person, Mike, right away and he explained the process to me quickly and easily. He gave me an accurate date of when to expect my car to be picked up and delivered. Both estimates were dead on. I liked that I received E-Mail notifications when the car was picked up and during transit with estimated delivery dates and that you could ask a question about your vehicle directly from the E-Mail. Mike quoted me a fair price and was really great with customer service. Best of all, everything could be done over the phone and internet. I would recommend Direct Connect Auto very highly.
