I used HJM for my car transport needs. I am impressed with the quality of service of this company. The company used to transport my car was Autostar from Tacoma. The gent who picked up my car (David) took great car in loading it onto the flat bed and I was appreciative of that. I love and need my car so to see someone who also was going to take care of it was reassuring.

I arrived to my new location (N.C) on Friday, Dec 13 and Wednesday 18th, I had my car. Much faster than expected.

The car arrived covered in a thick layer of dirt/slime/oil combination. I took it to the car wash and that did nothing to get it off so I will have to manually scrub this off. I did inspect the car after the car wash and noticed a few white scratch marks on the hood and on a few areas. While the scratches are not deep and I am sure I can buff them out I will say this was a concern.

If you use the Autostar, be advised you will have to call multiple times and don't bother leaving a voice message on the office system, you won't get a call back. If you are lucky enough to get the direct phone number of an actual employee (owner) you will get a call back, not right away but at least you will get your call returned.

Overall this was my first time using a car transport and I am overall very pleased with the the companies.
