Good coordination, but bad company in CA

Rachel did an excellent job coordinating, and even refunded $100 of their fee when the more expensive carrier refused to come within 15 miles of my home. The driver selected was great and readily available for progress reports as he went coast to coast. We picked up the car at the Unified Auto Transport depot in Downey, CA since it ended up being most convenient. They were very unprofessional and were very reluctant to even rinse off the car after it had gone through snow and you couldn't even see through the windshield. They also wanted payment before letting see our vehicle to do an inspection. Amerifreight did a great job, but be careful with the carrier they find.
