Good for a first timer.

The main hub where I called in to get the transport was staffed with helpful courteous people. Paul helped me get an estimated time of arrival and helped me change transport order due to my car being at the shop when it was suppossed to get picked up.
From there it was just an OK experience. The first scheduled carrier kept calling me and harrasing me even after my car was picked up by the carrier who did it!! Someone dropped the ball and did not notify them of the change??? They even called my friend receiving the car in TX and were bad mouthing me!!!
My car arrived a coupke of days later than they initially told me, my car had about half tank less of gas and had 75 miles on top of what it had from when it got picked up! There was sand in the interiors of my car......so my guess is someone took it for a spin!!! The driver who picked it up was not the driver who delivered it in TX so I have no clue what happened there.

Anyway!!! Good review for the guys at the HUB but they need to contract with honest carriers that take better care of cars.
