Inexpensive, professional, and prompt….. A bit too prompt.

I initially chose this company because of the price. Every other transporting company quoted me at least $1300 to transport my vehicle from CA to VA. When I received the $700 QA quote, I have to admit, I was a bit suspicious. After doing research on the company and looking at all of the positive reviews, I decided to pursue my business with QA. I spoke with Frank, who was extremely professional and walked me through the process. He assured me that they were going to pick up my vehicle on the 26th from CA and deliver it to me on the 5th, because I would be arriving to VA on the 4th and I would be able to pick up my vehicle. The drivers arrived at my home on time on the 26th to pick up my vehicle. They were professional and courteous but charged me a $70 fee because I had over 100lbs of clothes in the trunk.

Unfortunately, I received a call from one of the drivers at 10pm on the 2nd notifying me that he is 3hrs from VA and I or someone I knew had to pick up the car. It created a huge inconvenience because, they were 3 days early, I was still in CA, they needed someone to pick up the car ASAP or they’ll drive off, it was short noticed and no one I knew had $570 cash on them and many ATMs have a $500 a day limit. Luckily my sister lives 4 hrs away from the drop off location and drove down to pick up the car. Overall, other than the early delivery, the experience was pretty good and I will definitely use them again for my next move and I highly recommend them.
