Please heed this warning. Once you hire this auto transport broker, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN in regards to getting your car delivered. Do not expect to get return phone calls from either Paul or customer service. Pick up of my car was fine, however after missing the delivery date, I began calling to see what was going on. No return calls. I finally reached Paul and he gave me the number of the trucking company and basically told me to handle it. He had little concern over the issue. My car and several others were missing in action for over 3 days without anyone knowing where they were (myself and several customers). My car finally arrived 4 days later, but not without a lot of work on my part and very little support from Paul and his company. I have had 6 cars shipped to me over the last few years and this was by far the worst experience with a transport broker. Paul and his company's lack of communication and lack of concern regarding the location of my car during a 3 day period was embarrasing.
