My experience with Amerifreight was good - I was provided with a transport within the 7-day window I was asked to provide, my car was picked up at my home, it arrived at it's destination in a very timely manner and was delivered to the door.
The Amerifreight representative was cordial though a little difficult to reach at times. However, an alternate agent was always available and able to offer information regarding my order. The person who answered the phone was extremely kind and accommodating as well. The alternate agent when necessary provided me with as much information and seemed to have access to my case file. In the end, the agent followed through with the plan we had arranged which was to pick up my auto within a 7-day window of my target date.
The estimated cost was very close to the actual initial price quoted and in comparing with other quotes from other transport services, was very competitive. . My order number as stated above was 90034007-MJ.
The carrier, HGL Transport Services, who provided the actual service was cordial and polite and respectful, very accommodating, as I stated earlier, and made efforts to make the delivery as simple as possible for the customer and receiving person. They were efficient and delivered in an extremely timely manner. I would recommend their work to friends or relatives or anyone else who inquired.
The carrier was very careful in its handling of the vehicle and it arrived in perfect condition.
