Communication: Company dates and times didn't match 3rd party freight company. 1. Car not picked up on date or time scheduled. I do have to give kudos to the person that answered the phone after hours to try to help. 2. When vehicle was picked up late and I asked about delivery confirmation the driver stated that he wouldn't even be leaving the area until Friday and my vehicle was picked up on Monday. 3. The company policy on delivery times and the actual times didn't hold true. Short notice on delivery. Delivery driver tried to setup time 8 to 9 pm when company stated vehicles delivery time would be during the day. We were 45 miles out of town and left an event early to be back in town to meet the driver after 10 PM in a shopping plaza.
Please work on better communication on time frames. I would rather be told up front that everything is an estimate and then follow up with the customer on the date promised for pickup to confirm that they received a confirmation call and that the 3rd party actually showed up as scheduled. When the 3rd party didn't show up as promised it was very frustrating to try to get assistance.
End result: vehicle made it to city requested.
