Briana was the first person I spoke with when looking for a quote to ship my vehicle. She took the time to explain the process to me and told me that her quote was higher because it was based on what vehicles on that route were actually shipping for, not just a generic quote. I made the mistake of ignoring her and chose a company who offered a lower quote. They charged my credit card up front and never came to pickup my car. I called Briana told her what happened and she had my car picked up the next day. I wish I would have just listened to her in the first place, I lost $150 and 2 weeks of my time waiting for a driver who never showed and I still don't have my money back. Don't waste your time, just call Briana!
