Started as responsive and friendly. When it became clear they couldn't meet anywhere close to their estimate I cancelled and requested refund of my deposit. Totally unresponsive - finally had to involve my bank in a formal dispute after more than 60 days since they "agreed" to refund my money.
I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. Caveat Emptor!
