The delivery team spilled oil all over the street in front of my door. Then, they scurried away without so much as bothering to try to mop up the mess. It spread all the way down the street, where it stained permanently. The eyesore will be there for years.

I would not have allowed my car to be shipped for free had I known they would create such a mess.

I asked the broker, Nationwide Transport, Ford Lauderdale, to meet me halfway and refund $450. They offered me one third of that. It was an insult. Would Nationwide take $150 for me to oil up their street in front of their house?

And they claim they will do anything to satisfy their customers. What a joke.
Never will I ever ship a car again, thanks to these hacks.

CP Auto Transport, Inc. not only refused to answer my calls for many days, but they also refused to return the calls of the broker who contracted with them.

When they finally did call, it was their dispatcher, with no authority, and no manners.
She called me "Sweetheart."

Unprofessional from start to botched conclusion, all the way around.
