Bridgett was very responsive to questions, both on the phone and through emails, and kept us up-to-date on progress. The company that shipped the car was on time with pickup and a day earlier than quoted with delivery. We used Red Carpet a couple of years ago and had a positive experience - that's why we used them again. If we needed a car shipped again, we would use them a third time!
