I used a different Transporter a year ago but encountered lengthy delays and frustrating lack of communication. I knew I wanted to go with a different broker this time but was still cautious and skeptical. I used the reviews from this site to help me narrow down some options. I requested quotes from 5 different brokers. Red Carpet was at the low end of the 5. What really won me over however is that I submitted the quote request late at night, and the following morning Bridgett called me to discuss my needs. Of course I thought to myself that once I commit to Red Carpet that communication from them would not be as intense -WRONG! I received numerous calls from Bridgett informing me of the status of everything, in fact she procured a carrier that offered to pick up the car the day after I stated it would be ready. The carrier actually said they could pick it up sooner, but we stayed with the original date. I called Bridgett with a question and spoke directly with her... no going through switchboards or leaving a message with another person. She even texted me which I preferred because it is not easy for me to take calls while at work. As promised Bridgett stayed with me through the entire process and called me to confirm that the car safely arrived. Next time I won't shop around and compare brokers.. I will be calling Bridgett directly at Red Carpet and I know she will take good care of me and my car.
