THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. CONSUMER BEWARE - DO NOT USE. I was quoted $350 and pressured by Rick Taylor into signing a contract and paying with an e-check. After I read the agreement, I found out that I was paying $195 MORE than what I was quoted. I did some research on the company and found out they have a history of doing this to consumers. They hook you by promising you a low price, then when your vehicle is delivered, you end up paying a way higher amount than quoted. I cancelled my contract with them and placed a stop payment on the e-check I wrote, but Crest Trans still debited my bank account using a non-existent check number. They were able to do this because they had my bank account info. I have filed a fraudulent activity report with my institution, will be contacting the BBB, and filing a police report. DO NO USE THIS TRANSPORT BROKER. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
